The purpose of this article is to show you how to make changes to your monthly pre-pay plan.
How I make changes to my monthly pre-pay plan?
To make changes to your monthly pre-pay plan please contact billing@lettrlabs.com. We’re currently working on additional functionality to allow self service changes, which is slated for Q4 2023.
What happens if I Upgrade my plan?
- Changing tier: You can upgrade your plan at any time
- Billing Date: Your billing date will adjust to the current date and you will be billed for the new pre-pay plan
- Balance: Your balance will rollover forever as long as you’re in an active monthly pre-pay plan
- Cost Per Card: Your existing balance will be used with the current upgraded tier prices (saving more per card)
What happens if I Downgrade my plan?
- Changing tier: You can downgrade your plan at the end of your commitment period
- Billing Date: When you do so your billing date will stay the same and will be billed for the lowered tier
- Balance: Your balance will rollover forever as long as you’re in an active monthly pre-pay plan
- Cost Per Card: Your existing balance will be used with the current upgraded tier prices (saving more per card)
What happens if I Cancel my plan?
- Changing tier: You can cancel your plan at the end of your commitment period
- Billing Date: N/A
- At the end of your billing cycle your cost per card will revert back to our one off volume pricing
- Balance: Your balance will roll over for 1 year after after you cancel your plan
- Cost Per Card: Your balance will be eligible for use at our one off volume pricing until your balance expires
What happens if I Pause my plan?
- Changing tier: You can pause your plan at the end of your commitment period
- Billing Date: Your billing date will stay the same while you’re paused
- Balance: Your balance will roll over while you’re paused (for a maximum of 3 months)
- Cost Per Card: Your balance will be eligible for use at our one off volume pricing until you resume your plan
- Additional Details: You can pause your subscription no more than 2 times in 12 month period
